Our home base for the week is the award-winning Jungle Bay Eco-Resort, perched in the hills above Soufrière. Villas are handcrafted from local materials, meals are organic and locally sourced, and every part of your stay is designed with wellness, sustainability, and immersion in nature in mind.
Each day brings 2-tank boat dives into Dominica’s volcanic reef system—Champagne Reef, Scotts Head Pinnacle, and Crater’s Edge, to name a few. These dives offer underwater fumaroles, steep coral walls, and encounters with turtles, rays, and reef fish in crystal-clear water with visibility often exceeding 100 feet. You’ll also enjoy a bioluminescent night dive, an unforgettable experience unique to this island.

Your first dive might be Champagne Reef, where geothermal bubbles shimmer around your mask as reef fish dart through coral formations. The second dive? Scotts Head Pinnacle, where the Caribbean Sea and Atlantic Ocean collide in a surge of life and color.
